Our retreats are led by myself, Bec Connolly. I’m a qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and CrossFit Coach with over 14 years of experience. I’m deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing, and I love helping people understand that mental health and physical health are inseparable parts of the same journey.
Alongside my professional background, I also bring nearly a decade of experience as a professional fighter. This unique blend of also being an Athlete shapes the way I design our retreats — balancing strength, mindfulness, and resilience.
You’ll also be guided by Sarah, our dedicated Sports Therapist with over 20 years of expertise. Together with her husband, Sarah lovingly hand-renovated Sarenka Lodge — the home of our retreats. Her local knowledge and guided hikes help you truly connect with the natural surroundings and enrich your experience.
