Food is served Daily in a Buffet style. To give you some variation/chose But also allow you to increase calories if & when needed.

Organic Fruit & Vegetables are available 24/7 so you may increase your calorie intake between meals if you feel it neccesarry.

Everyone is encouraged to start the day with lemon water and Psyllium Husk before the first workout. Breakfast isnt until after that.

Breakfast is always Protein & Fat based.

Greek Yogurt with toppings.
Boiled Eggs with Avocardo & Tomatoes
Prepared Chia Puddings.

Lunch is when we want to give ourselves a boost to continue exercising at intensity.

Options are:

Build your own Salad. Multiple Organic ingredients available .
Sourdough Bread with Toppings.
Avocardo, Nutritional yeast, Eggs or Nut Butter.
Build your own Raw wrap.

Dinner is when we are eating to recover & replenish stores. Ready to rest.

Options are :
Build your own Salad (Tofu, Edamne & Eggs available to add).
Top your own Jacket Sweet Potato
Build your own Lettuce Tacos.

Dessert is always optional. Not advised if your aim is fat loss. Advised if your goal is fitness intensity.
