We think its really important that you come away from your retreat armed with the knowledeg to continue any improvements you make on our fitness retreat, be they strength or weightloss based. There will be an optional Nutrition workshop run by Nutritionist Bec Connolly.

You will get a general overview of Nutrition science as it stands to date as well as some practical advice & ideas for you to implement at home in the kitchen & the gym.

You will be taught how to calculate & track your own Macro Micro nutrient needs as well as how to meal plan.
